I returned to the place where my grandparents have taken root and
where my father practically lived his childhood and this is where I live
now and again here, my weather station is located to collect data in
real time. In particular, the weather observations are acquired in the
surrounding countryside in this beautiful town of Castelli Romani, the
slope of the extinct volcano millions of years, to the west of the town,
in an area where you can see the horizon the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
I've been here over 30 years in the area that today has become nothing
short of strategic importance. For here you are just minutes from other
famous castle towns such as Marino, Velletri, Genzano, Ariccia,
Frascati, Lanuvio, Nemi, Castel Gandolfo, you can also use one of two
railway lines (Rome, Velletri and Rome-Albania) to reach the capital,
although many people like me prefer to use the train station of Santa
Palomba away about 3 KM. Perhaps it is not recommended to use rubber
half to get to Rome, since the main road that links Nettunense 'Appia up
to Anzio and Nettuno, more often become impassable for traffic. From
here you can quickly reach the sea of Torvajanica, (traffic permitting
15 min.), As well as the Lake Albano and Castel Gandolfo .. do you,
where is the summer residence of the Pope this area apart from being
fairly industrialized farms and factories, most recently has been
enhanced with shopping malls and supermarkets very cheap.
